This Privacy Policy describes how Pikanté LLC (“Pikanté,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Ambassador (the “Service”), a web-based enterprise software platform that enables mortgage marketing teams to create, manage, and distribute AI-generated video content featuring virtual brand ambassadors.
Ambassador is a business-to-business (“B2B”) product. It is intended for use by enterprise customers (“Customers”) and their authorized team members (“Users”). It is not directed to individual consumers or to children under 16.
If you have questions about this Policy or how your information is handled, contact us at hello@myambassador.ai.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to information we collect through:
- The Ambassador web application and related subdomains;
- Our marketing websites (including myambassador.ai and wowmi.com/ambassador);
- Email, support communications, and other interactions with Pikanté.
It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that Ambassador may link to or integrate with. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account information
When a Customer or User creates or is provisioned an account, we collect:
- Name, work email address, job title, and company name;
- Account credentials (passwords are stored hashed; we never see them in plaintext);
- Profile information Users choose to provide.
2.2 Payment information
Billing is processed through our third-party payment processor. Pikanté does not store full payment card numbers. We receive limited information such as the billing contact, last four digits of the card, card brand, and transaction status. Full payment card data is handled by the processor in accordance with PCI-DSS.
2.3 Customer Content
Users upload and generate content within Ambassador, including:
- Scripts, prompts, and written briefs;
- Brand assets, logos, and reference materials;
- Audio, images, and video generated through the Service;
- Compliance rules, configurations, and review notes.
Collectively, this is “Customer Content.” Customer Content belongs to the Customer. Pikanté processes it solely to provide the Service.
2.4 Usage and device information
When you access the Service, we automatically collect:
- Log data (IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs);
- Device identifiers and general location (derived from IP);
- Usage data (pages viewed, features used, session duration, timestamps);
- Error and diagnostic data.
2.5 Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, analytics, and to remember preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some Service functionality. See Section 9 for details on analytics.
2.6 Communications
If you contact us for support, sales, or other inquiries, we collect the information you provide in those communications, including email content and any attachments.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate Users and secure accounts;
- Process payments and manage billing;
- Generate video, voice, and text outputs requested by Users;
- Enforce brand and compliance rules configured by the Customer;
- Communicate about the Service, including updates, security notices, and support;
- Monitor usage, detect fraud, and prevent abuse;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements;
- Develop new features and conduct internal analytics.
4. How we share information
We share information only as described below.
4.1 Service providers (sub-processors)
We share information with third parties that help us operate the Service, under contractual obligations to protect it:
| Category | Vendors |
|---|---|
| Cloud hosting and infrastructure | AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure |
| AI model providers (LLMs) | OpenAI, Anthropic |
| AI voice synthesis | ElevenLabs |
| Customer support and communications | Intercom, Zendesk |
| Payment processing | Stripe |
Customer Content sent to AI vendors is processed under zero-retention or no-training terms where available. We do not permit these vendors to train their models on Customer Content.
4.2 Customer-authorized integrations
Where a Customer connects Ambassador to a third-party service (for example, a CRM or a social publishing platform), we share information with that service at the Customer's direction. The third-party service's privacy practices govern how they handle that information.
4.3 Legal and safety
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pikanté, our Customers, Users, or others.
4.4 Business transfers
If Pikanté is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected Customers of any material change in ownership or control of their information.
4.5 With Customer consent
We may share information for any other purpose with the Customer's or User's consent.
5. Data retention
We retain account and Customer Content for the duration of the Customer's subscription and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, and security obligations. Customers may request deletion of their Customer Content at any time by contacting hello@myambassador.ai. Backup and archival copies may persist for a limited additional period before they are overwritten.
6. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. These include encryption in transit, access controls, logging, and regular review of our security practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International users
Ambassador is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. We do not currently offer the Service to users in the EU, UK, or EEA.
8. Your California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information.
8.1 Categories of personal information we collect
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers — name, email, IP address, account ID;
- Customer records — billing contact information;
- Commercial information — subscription and transaction history;
- Internet or network activity — usage logs, device data, cookies;
- Professional or employment information — job title, company;
- Inferences — limited product-usage inferences drawn from the above.
We collect this information from Users directly, from the Customers who provision User accounts, and automatically through use of the Service.
8.2 Purposes of collection
We use the categories listed above for the purposes described in Section 3.
8.3 Categories disclosed for a business purpose
We disclose identifiers, commercial information, and internet/network activity to the service providers listed in Section 4.1 for the business purposes described in Section 3.
8.4 No sale or sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under CCPA/CPRA.
8.5 Your rights
Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and retain;
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information we have collected from you;
- Limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a limit-use option);
- Opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share; no action is required);
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@myambassador.aiwith “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will verify your request using reasonable methods (typically by confirming information associated with your account). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we will require proof of authorization.
We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by CCPA/CPRA (generally 45 days, with a possible extension).
8.6 Employees and business contacts
If you are a California resident acting in a business-to-business context (for example, as a User of a Customer account or as a representative of a prospective Customer), the rights above apply to your personal information to the extent required by law.
9. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep Users signed in;
- Remember preferences;
- Measure and improve Service performance;
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
You can manage cookies through your browser. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, though doing so may affect Service functionality. The Service does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals, but we will honor Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals from California residents as an opt-out of sale/sharing (we do not sell or share, so the signal has no practical effect on our practices).
10. Children
Ambassador is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact hello@myambassador.ai and we will take steps to delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify Customers by email or through the Service, and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
